    Opening Ceremony

    Welcome, keynote, committee introductions, and the official call to order.

  3. 9:00 – 10:30

    Committee Session I

    Speakers' lists, caucuses, first alliances, and the beginning of the paper trail.

  4. 10:30 – 10:40

    Break

  5. 10:45 – 12:15

    Committee Session II

    Working papers take shape. Alliances harden. The room starts to move.

  6. 12:15 – 1:00

    Lunch

    The formal debate stops. The actual diplomacy probably does not.

  7. 1:00 – 2:30

    Committee Session III

    Working papers become draft resolutions. Crisis rooms start moving faster.

  8. 2:30 – 2:40

    Committee Session IV

    Amendments fly. Coalitions shift. Consequences of yesterday's choices arrive.
